It has come to our attention that there is an error on the front page of the consent notice regarding the s68 and S138 applications in that the numbers were mistakenly swapped. This has resulted in the approval numbers for the S68 and the S138 applications being incorrect. The approval numbers should be S68/0528/2021 for the approved S68 and RO/0318/2021 for the S138. These will be required to be corrected.
