This DA proposal is for a two storey Shed, Water tanks, new driveway within the site (which connects to the existing Verge crossing & entry point to the site) & associated retaining walls & landscaping. There is currently a separate DA2026.0410 that has been submitted for this Lot which includes Dwelling (A) on the Site plan & the Waste water system for the site (which the shed will connect to) - and we have been advised by QPRC that we can now submit this DA for the Shed and associated works for the Lot.
