S4.55(1A) DA 167/2020 shows stormwater drainage from the property to Emmett Lane at the rear as being gravity fed. Excavation work for the garage floor has revealed that there is insufficient fall in the proposed drain for it to clear all water by gravity. For that reason I seek amendment of the Development Approval to show that the stormwater drain will be a charged line.
